RATES:
First month $2500
Second and subsequent months $2000
Shorter stays weekly $ 900
Shorter stays 2 nights $ 300. No tax added.
Signed agreement on arrival.
Rates include:
• all utilities, Satelite TV, WiFi (not Netflicks).
• weekly maid service (2 hours)
• parking in carport
• snow removal in driveway
Payments by Bank exchange, Cash, Cheque, Travellers Cheques

POLICIES: Pets and Children:
Adults only (sorry, not appropriate for small children) Pets are welcome with strict rules: pets must be taken to public park, no use of garden for pet toilet. Any damage by pets will be charged to guest.
Cancellation Policy:
Monthly stays guarantee by deposit of first month fee. Cancellation 60 days notice required. Shorter stays guarantee by deposit of payment in full. Cancellation 30 days notice required.
