RATES
UNFurnished
With a long-term lease $2000/month includes all utilities and satellite TV. Telephone and internet are not included. No Tax.
Furnished and Equipped
$2500/month, month-to-month with a minimum 3 month stay. With a long-term lease, a better rate will apply. This includes all utilities, satellite TV, Wifi, bedding and linens. No Tax.
Shorter Stays
Furnished and equipped $1000/week. No Tax.
All reservations, furnished or unfurnished, are guaranteed by a deposit of $3000. For month-to-month stays, 60 days notice of your departure date is required.
Lease includes terms to ensure apartment is kept clean and secure.
Rental applications are available.
POLICIES
Cancellation Policy
Lease agreement terms include cancellation policy.
Monthly stays are guaranteed by a deposit. Cancellation 60 days notice required. If known, please indicate departure date when booking.
Shorter stays are guaranteed by receipt of full payment when booked.
Payment by E-Transfer or Bank draft or cash.
Signed agreement on arrival.
Please note Tenants are encouraged to secure insurance for their personal possessions.
Children and Pets
The apartment is designed to accommodate adults. Children are welcome.
Pets are welcome but there are strict rules:
- Damage caused by pets will be charged to guests, and may result in guest rental agreement cancellation.
- Pets must be on leash in the garden and must be taken off the property for toilet needs. There are suitable parks and green spaces close by (2 minute walk). Please note: Peterborough strictly enforces ‘poop and scoop’ by-laws.
- It is understood that dogs bark and announce visitors, etc.; but excessive barking will not be tolerated.
- Sorry, but no cats are allowed (allergies).
